An Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) will go on the credit register, however, at the end of your Individual Voluntary Arrangement you will be given a certificate of completion which you can then send to all credit registers demonstrating that you have cleared your debts through the Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA).
