“Live Helper” is an interactive debt counselling service, available to all visitors to My IVA Adviser
It’s quite easy to use, too.
If you have any questions that need answering, just click on the “Instant Debt Help” button on the top left of any of our IVA web pages.
You will be asked for your name and email address, and then patched through to My IVA Adviser to begin your “Live Chat” with one of our IVA specialists.
Don’t worry, if there’s no one available, because you can leave us a question or message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Oh, and if we believe the answer to your question is general enough to benefit all our visitors, we’ll write a IVA blog article to cover the question and answer, immediately.
