IVA : What Is The IVA Register ?

An Individual Voluntary Arrangement, (IVA) is a private arrangement between a debtor and their creditors.

One of the conditions of the Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) will be to have the details of the Individual Voluntary Arrangement listed with the Insolvency Services.

The Individual Insolvency Register gives, among other things, the following details:

• A full list of Bankruptcies that are current or have ended in the last 3 months
• A list of all current Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAS). (IVAs)
• A list of all Fast Track Voluntary Arrangements, (FTVAs).
• A full list of Bankruptcy Restrictions Orders, (BROs).
• A full list of Bankruptcy Restrictions Undertakings, (BRUs)
